Leave safe margins around key text
Do not push important text too close to edges or seams. Safe space helps during trimming and keeps the final layout balanced on mugs, posters, and front-chest apparel prints.
Watch contrast, not just color
A design can look fine on screen but still print weakly if the contrast is too low. Light text on light surfaces or dark graphics on dark fabrics usually need adjustment before approval.
Bundle placement notes with the file
If you already know the print position, mention it clearly: front center, left chest, back print, mug wrap, or poster margin preference. That removes guesswork during proofing.
